Well we got Kayla at like 3:45 yesterday and went over to the mall to do a couple hours of shopping with the money my mom gave me as the rest of my birthday present. We had a lot of fun. We both got different frozen drinks and those big gigantic pretzels. I ended up buying 2 striped polos, a magenta tank top, a striped orange scoopneck shirt, a brown zip up jacket, and 3 mod looking braclets. All for 45$, so I'm a pretty decent bargain hunter, eh? Lot's of fun.
We went over to my grandma's about 6:30 and I gave Kayla the grand tour of everything. My little cousin Hannah liked her quite a bit and she wanted us to do all this stuff with her. Boy was she hyper! Cody made the spagetti sauce (with umm... splenda? ick) and grandma fixed a bunch of delish stuff. Kayla and I couldn't eat much though because we were stuffed from the pretzels and all.
We got back to my house about 9 or so and did some sparklers, which was hilarious. They're normal just supposed to spark (I think) but our's were like little balls of fire. It was so funny. We watched some tv and then "Sleeping Beauty" which I fell asleep during the first half of.
We weren't even completely awake this morning when Miss Shea calls about 10 or so. We were going to go to the lake but we decided to go to the pool instead. Shea and Marissa met Kayla and I there at 11. We ate like a ton of food during the course of the day and pretty much acted like total dipsticks... haha I love those gals. Robbie B. and John showed up sometime during the day so we hung out with them some of the time. All these little kids kept looking at me and wolf whistling and stuff. Hilarious. Shea and Rissa have officially turned me into a "Mac Momma". Don't ask. Who names there kid after a pair of jeans?
Kayla and I got back at 5:45 or something like that and she left at 6:30. Tommorow I think we're all getting together or something perhaps.
